ABSTRACT:
This collection consists of the Yellow Sheet newsletter produced for the faculty, administration, and staff of Gustavus Adolphus College from 1975-May 2009. Yellow Sheet content varied but generally included news and announcements, upcoming events, news about people, obituaries, position openings, and funding opportunities. Publication occurred during the academic year. The Yellow Sheet became Inside Gustavus at the start of the 2010 academic year.
The Yellow Sheet (originally titled Gustavus Adolphus College News & Information or GACNI) originated with Melanie “Mitzi” Ohman during 1975. Commonly called the yellow sheet because of its color, the name changed officially starting in September 1978. The Yellow Sheet continued as a print publication through May 1999 when the publication became an online entity. The Yellow Sheet became Inside Gustavus at the start of the 2010 academic year.
