ABSTRACT:
The College Chapel Improvement Elocutionary Club collection consists of one ledger of minutes from 20 January through 24 April 1909. A list of members is found at the back of the ledger. Members of this coed group sought to improve speech fluency. It is unknown how the organization benefited the chapel at Gustavus Adolphus College. Although there are no minutes after April 1909, the organization remained active into 1911.
