ABSTRACT:
The Scrapbooks of C. Harry Hedberg collection contains scrapbooks with pictures and postcards from the early 1900s. Photographs depict Gustavus Adolphus College and nonrelated events including the Stockholm Olympics and Governor Johnson’s funeral. One of the scrapbooks has a loose binding. Hedberg graduated from Gustavus Adolphus School of Commerce in 1901 and the college in 1905. From 1906 to 1922 he taught Shorthand, Typewriting, Political Economy, and Mathematics at Gustavus Adolphus College and for a time was the Principal of the School of Commerce.
