ABSTRACT:
The Gusties in Volunteer Endeavors (GIVE) collection contains mostly photographs of events sponsored by the organization. GIVE was sponsored by the Gustavus Adolphus College Alumni Office and its purpose was to bring together Gustavus alumni, parents, and friends in a day of service. Volunteer sites were usually in the St. Peter/Mankato area and in the St. Paul/Minneapolis area. In the early years, there were also volunteer sites in other cities nationwide. Included in the collection is a videotape of newscasts from 1998.
