GWS 236: Gender, Sexuality, and the Holocaust: Books & Articles

Scholarly Materials

Use the resources on this page to track down scholarly literature related to your topic. Scholarship in these areas are published in both book and article form...so don't forget to look for books! We often think that articles will be easier to find & read, but books are incredibly valuable, too. Nor do you have to read every single page in the book. Use the index and table of contents to find information on your topic. Be sure not to cherry-pick information, though. Skim the book's introduction and conclusion (often the first & last chapter) to get a sense of the author's argument. (Do this with articles, too.)

If you have any trouble tracking down resources, please don't hesitate to come to the front desk or reference desk (if you're in the library) or contact me (Julie) via email.
