ABSTRACT:
The Sigma Xi collection contains correspondence, minutes, reports, founding information, program materials, research proposals, and symposium schedules and abstracts. Also included are photographs of guest lecturers. Materials are arranged chronologically. Founded in 1886, Sigma Xi is a national research and scientific honor society for scientists and engineers. This collection concerns the local group at Gustavus Adolphus College.
