Anderson, Lars. Personal Account of Arrival and Early Days in Swedish Settlement, 1856- 1886. CAMC Collection 33. 4 folders.
This collection contains the handwritten personal account, in Swedish, of Lars Anderson’s arrival and early days in the United States. There is, for unknown reasons, a personal history and memorial service program for Eric Norelius.
Lars Anderson was born in Sweden in 1829. He emigrated to the United States during 1856. He taught at St. Ansgar’s Academy from 1864-65. He was Register of Deeds for Nicollet County from 1878-80 and again in 1889. He died in 1898. (taken from collection)
