ABSTRACT:
The Carl V. E. Cassel collection contains a variety of materials, such as correspondence, certificates and awards, and photographs. These materials relate primarily to the professional life of Dr. Cassel, a dentist. Cassel graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in 1913, and from the University of Minnesota in 1922.
This collection is described in two series, the Carl V. E. Cassel series and the Cassel-Benson series. Materials in the Carl V. E. Cassel series relate to the professional life of Carl V. E. Cassel. The Cassel-Benson Series contains the Cassel-Benson “Family Album,” compiled by Carl V. E. Cassel in the 1970’s.
