ABSTRACT:
The Foedus Legale collection consists of one ledger containing the group’s constitution and meeting minutes. Students in this male organization were interested in the profession of law. Their purpose was to engage in “the free discussion of any subject . . . relative to a diffusion of knowledge . . . concerning the legal profession.” A list of members is included.
