Hamrum, Charles L.  Articles by Charles Hamrum and Miscellaneous Papers, 1986-1997.  GACA Collection 123.  5 folders.

ABSTRACT:
The Articles by Charles Hamrum and Miscellaneous Papers collection consists of published and unpublished articles, letters, and some clippings and documents concerning Charles Hamrum’s daughter Carol Hamrum Rutz and her son Paul Rutz.  Manuscripts pertain to various topics with general themes of Minnesota, biology, or nature.  In addition, there is a history of the Gustavus Adolphus College Biology Department.  A number of these articles were published in the journal Encounters.  Letters in the collection are copies of originals.  Hamrum served as a Professor of Biology at Gustavus from 1949-1988.  He died during September 1991.
