ABSTRACT:
This collection contains the Gustavus Adolphus Journal, which was published alternately in English and in Swedish, as the Gustaf Adolfs Journalen, from 1896-May 1902. It was printed only in English from 1899 onward. Previous student newspapers were the Annual Messenger, Vox Collegii, Heimdall, and Gustaviana. The Gustavus Adolphus Journal was succeeded by College Breezes and The Gustavian Weekly. There are use copies in the Archives along with an accompanying index. This collection contains unbound copies.
