ABSTRACT:
The Apple River District collection contains minutes from district meetings. The Apple River District of the Lutheran Minnesota Conference of the Augustana Synod was located in Northwestern Wisconsin. The District included parts of Barron, Burnett, Polk, Sawyer, St. Croix, and Washburn counties. The Apple River District was formed in 1909 from areas that were previously part of the Chisago District. Some of this collection is in Swedish.
