Lakota Language and Culture – Learning and Teaching Materials.  SCRB Collection 18.  1 ½ Hollinger boxes.

ABSTRACT:
The Lakota Language and Culture – Teaching and Learning Materials collection consists of booklets regarding the Lakota language and the culture of the Lakota people.  Topics include history and legends, land, economics, government, and games, as well as dictionaries.  The majority of the collection was created by either the Center of Indian Studies at Black Hills State College, Spearfish, South Dakota or the Lakhota Project, Center for the Study of Indigenous Languages of the West in the Department of Linguistics at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
